The workshop will focus on the basic physics behind going fast on the erg. Erin Sprong, has been coaching rowers to enhance their personal and team performance for over a decade. Having worked with many of the top coaches in the field she will to give you a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics and power application. You will learn how to deconstruct the stroke and break some of the bad habits that have developed over time.
