Classes
All Level Class РEveryone is welcome Beginner to Advanced.  Beginners must attend this Class.
Intermediate & Advanced Only – Same as All Levels except no Beginners. There is no Beginner Trainer at these classes.
Advanced (Open Gym)  - Trainer approval only, these classes are for athletes that have been CrossFitting for a year.
