Athletes will assemble into 2 teams. One person from a given team will complete 100m of tire flips, while the opposing team works at the following stations for max reps-Push ups-Med Ball Cleans (20/14)-Kettlebell Swings-Air Squats-Barbell Get Up Sit ups (45/25)
*The goal is to flip that tire as fast as possible to limit the time your opponents have to rack up points. When the tire flip is completed, the teams switch out. Repeat until everyone goes through the circuit twice. Add up the points; losing team runs a punitive mile!
