My knee is still really sore because i’ve been pushing it alot lately and hurts to run so would it be ok if I sub the Mile run for some core work. Darren would like to stay indoors also because he outside all day and this 95 degree weather is killing him. Let me know thankx
If your knee is sore, definately don’t run. We can do something else for a finisher.
Darren can row 2000 meters.
