This challenge is going to start off being very strict, then as we go on with the challenge, we will add foods back in and see how you do with the changes. The starting food list is that, the starting foods list. The goal is to end the challenge at a place where you can continue with it  the rest of your life without feeling like it’s too hard to maintain.
We are going to be looking at your food logs and your progress and making changes to the plan as needed.
We have a facebook group all set up. Once you pay for the challenge you will be added to the group.
I don’t care if you’ve been with me for years or you just started.  If your nutrition is off, then your foundation that you base everything you do is off.
