12 Barbell Thrusters 12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Barbell Thrusters 15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
18 Barbell Thrusters 18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
21 Barbell Thrusters 21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…
