Work on technique as you warmup and perform 3 heavy sets
Squat Snatch 1 – 15 minutes
Build up to a new 1 rep max. No Press outs.

Conditioning – 8 minute time limit

25 Kettlebell Swings (35/26 lbs)
25 ABMAT Sit-ups
