Bench Press
5 reps @ 65% of 1RM
5 reps @ 75% of 1RM
5+ reps @ 85% of 1RM

Rest as needed between sets. 

Back Squat
5 reps @ 65% of 1RM
5 reps @ 75% of 1RM
5+ reps @ 85% of 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.

12-9-6-3 reps, for time of:
Power Snatch, 95/65 lbs
Burpee
