Bench Press 3 reps @ 70% of your 1 rep max
Bench Press 3 reps @ 75% of your 1 rep max
Bench Press 7+ reps @ 80% of your 1 rep max

Part 2 (10 minutes)

21-15-9 reps, for time of:
Overhead Squat
Burpee

(A) 95/65  (I)  75/55  (B) 55/35

Part 3 (6 minutes)

odd: l-sit hold
even: handstand hold

Hold each movement as long as possible.   Each second is a rep.
(B) plank holds, Pike handstand hold
