Find a 1 rep max,  Focus on a proper catch position.  hips back.

Part 2.  (15 minutes)

3 rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs

Sub for  muscle ups will be Barbell Rows (14) or Ring Rows (21)
