Joli here- I’d like to let everyone know that I’ll be training Crossfit Endurance (running) workouts on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8am.

Crossfit Endurance is a SUPPLEMENT to the regular workout of the day we do here at B’s Gym. The first step in preparing your body for endurance work is getting 4-6 regular WOD’s (workout of the day) in each week at the gym. Then, add in 2 days of this supplement. I received my certification in this method last month and I’m looking forward to being my own guinea pig, trying it out and learning more about how it works in my body. I would like to offer anyone who is interested, regardless of your running background a bit of a carrot: I’ll be leading groups to the finish lines of both the Northampton Hot Chocolate 5k in December and the Westfield Half Marathon (13.1 miles) in April.  I’m happy to offer assistance to anyone who would like to set these races as a goal, either for a great finish time or just to finish with a smile on your face!
