“Murph”

1 mile run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 mile run

Must be done as it’s written “aka chipper style”
20# vest on during entire workout required for men to Rx.

I just picked up 3 more vest so i have 7 total i believe. If you have a vest bring it!

Be prepared for a long class.  We will be running 2 heats.  Finish times range from 50 to 90 minutes for rx. So everyone should plan on being here till 11:00 to be one the safe side.

We will be scaling this for anyone that needs it like always.
