Gym closed saturday 3/2/2012 for the Swarm Pre-Games.

The Pre-Games are 9 – 3.

WOD 1 – 9:30 am
WOD 2 – 11:30 am
WOD 3 – 1:30 pm

Arrive anytime after 8:30 am.
You will have the option of choosing Rx or Scaled Division on Saturday morning when you arrive and see the workouts.

Make sure that you bring snacks/eats/drinks. There will be time between each WOD but it might not be enough to go out and eat.

Since this is a friendly in-house comp, the counting will be done by those not working out in that heat.  The coaches will be going around and judging movements, taking away reps.
