WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 20″ box
75 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar

At 18:00 minutes per person this means, leave yourself lots of extra time.

Being judged Wednesday at 10:00am & 6:30pm, Saturday at 11:00am. If more times are needed because of the length of the WOD I will let you know as soon as possible.
