Bench Press 5 @ 70 of your 1 rep max
Bench Press 10 @ 75 of your 1 rep max

Rest 2 minutes between sets

Part 2. (10 minutes)

15-12-9-6-3 reps, for time of:
Power Clean
Bar-facing burpee

(A) 135/95
(I) 95/65
(B) 65/45

You should be able to move the weight fast.
If you can’t string reps together, go down in weight.

Part 3. (5 minutes)
