Clean & Jerk.

Work up to a heavy single. Focus on proper technique, not weight.

Part 2 (15 minutes)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
2 Burpee Pull Ups
4 Clapping Push-ups
6 Jumping Squats (high enough that the heels come off the ground)

(A)┬ábar 12″ above reach
(I) bar at fingertips, hand release pushups
(B) bar at wrist or as needed, hand release push-ups, air squats.
