    Nice total numbers everyone. It looks like a lot of people hit some new PR’s. Keep up the good work. Val, your deadlift may be crossing the 300lb threshold in no time!

    Glad your back Tula, Hopefully you’ll be there this morning, you too Plum. Steph, I know I really just wanted to get to 250# since my last PR was 243, But I just went for it and added 10 more #!!!
