Post total time.

Rx – everything is done unbroken. If you fail mid-set return to 1 and redo set.
Scaled – For every time you stop during a set, you have one penalty man-maker that you do at the end of the WOD before you call time. So if you stop a total of 13 times during the entire WOD you do 13 man makers after the handstand push-ups.
