50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10m Plank Crawls
After each Plank Crawl complete the following
15 Weighted Barbell Step ups 95/65 lbs
10 Reverse Push Ups
10 Squat Clean Thrusters 95/65 lbs
5 Pull Up Holds (Hold for 3 seconds at top)
