(A) Weighted Pull-up 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
(I) Every minute on the minute (Max unbroken Pull-ups) – 10 minutes
(B) Every minute on the minute – 5 pullups, 10 minutes

Part 2. ( 19 minutes)
For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
3 Hang Power Snatches
6 V-ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
