Push Press 1

Establish a new 1 rep max.
Even if it’s 1 lb. Do more than last time.

Part 2.  (11 minutes)

For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
6 Hang Power Snatches
6 Toes-to-bars
6 Overhead Squats

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.

Score is total reps.

(A) 95/65
(I) 75/55  knees to elbows
(B) 55/35   knees to elbows

Part 3.  (remaining time)

Max Effort Bench Press

(A) Bodyweight
(I)  .75
(B) .50

The purpose of this is to get a big set.
If you do under 10 reps, 10 Push-ups per rep under 10.
