15 Box Jumps, 24 in
25 Double Unders

(A) As Rx.
(I) Box jumps 20″/16″, DU’s 10 or Singles x 3
(B)Wallball 14/10 lb, Box jumps 16″/12″  Singles x 1

Part 2. (15 minutes)

Clean

(A) Squat or Power 1 Rep Max.
(I)  Get to 80% 1 rep max and Practice Proper technique, increase after coach review.
(B) Work on Clean Technique. Coach review increases.
