This is a new shoulder press cycle, see a coach if you didn’t get a recommendation of a weight for the new cycle.
Shoulder Press 5 reps @ 65 of your 1 rep max.
Shoulder Press 5 reps @ 70 of your 1 rep max.
Shoulder Press 10+ reps @ 75 of your 1 rep max.

Part 2. (12 minutes)

For time:
30 Squat Clean & Jerks

(A) 155/105
(I)  115/80
(B)  75/55, Power Squat & Shoulder to Overhead

Part 3. (5 minutes)

Row 500 meters
Time Trial.  As fast as possible.
