Suitcase Deadlifts, Rowing Push-Ups, Runs

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Suitcase Deadlifts 40 lbs
10 Rowing Push-Ups 40 lbs
200 m Run

Post total rounds.

Today is the first weekend that will be open on Saturday and Sunday at 10:30am. This is how it’s going to work. There will be one WOD created for both weekend days. You have a choice to makeup a workout during the week or doing the weekend WOD. The coach on duty will decided whether due to space constraints if people can do makeup workouts.

The whiteboard picture will have both days workouts listed on it.
