Inevitably you’ll be on vacation or business away from B’s Gym sometime this year. We’d like to pass along a short list of workouts that can be done practically anywhere. A longer list is available in hard copy for anyone going on a really long vacation, but remember we want to see you back in the gym as soon as we can!

When a distance is given it is fine to estimate- for instance run past 5 telephone poles for 400m or run across a parking lot. The idea is just to pick a distance and do it, don’t worry too much about the exactness of it.

TRAVEL WOD #1:
4 rounds for time of
run 400 m
50 airsquats

TRAVEL WOD #2:
100 Burpees for time

TRAVEL WOD #3:
21-15-9 reps
situps
pushups
air squats

TRAVEL WOD #4:
50 situps
25 Tuck Jumps
40 Pushups
25 Vertical Jumps
30 Air Squats
25 Burpees

TRAVEL WOD #5:
Tabata of anything: Air Squats, Pushups, Situps, Spiderman Lunge, even Pullups if you are at a park or the hotel has a pullup bar. Tabata timers are available in the Apps section for all of the smart phones.

10 rounds for time
Air Squats
Pushups
Situps
Dips (use a chair or bench)

TRAVEL WOD #7:
Run 5k. Ask at the front desk of most hotels and they will know a 5k route- very common question! Or you can use the dreaded treadmill.

TRAVEL WOD #8:
AMRAP 20min
20 walking lunges
20 situps
20 pushups
20 air squats

TRAVEL WOD #9:
100 pushups
100 situps
100 air squats

TRAVEL WOD #10:
3 rounds
20 m Bear Crawl
20 m backwards Bear Crawl
40 Air Squats
