Tell us a little about yourself (occupation, family, hobbies, etc).
I’m 30 years old and a single parent. For the past 5 and a half years I’ve been working at Noble Sports and Rehab as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Growing up I was a gymnast for many years and then coached gymnastics for 13 years. I love to go hiking and biking with my family. Always looking up different healthy recipes to try.
How was I Introduced to CrossFit Swarm?
My co workers Jenna and Lisa encouraged me to try CrossFit Swarm.

What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
The workouts are fun/challenging both physically and mentally. Also there is always room for self improvement.
