Here is the second part of the Paleo in a Nutshell that talks about exercise.   It basically agrees with everything that Crossfit stands for.  Short, intense, varied workouts.  There are some parts in the video that I don’t like and some that I do but this is a good basic overview of what we have been doing wrong in the last decade or so when it comes to exercise and why it hasn’t solved our “weight problems”.  I let you try to figure out what the good and bad parts are.
