Bench Press 1 1 1 1 1 1 1

This one will take awhile, what we need to do is find everybody’s 1 RM for the bench since we haven’t done it yet at SWARM.

So start light and start putting on weight.   If you fail out before rep 7, go back down and finish the reps.  If you still haven’t failed after 7 reps, keep going.

Let’s really break in these new benches.
