21-15-9 reps, for time of:
Front Squat, 95 lbs
(I) 75/55, Asst pull-ups
(B) 55/35, Asst Pullups
No Saturday classes – 9am all levels class. foundations and 10am pre comp classes are cancelled for the seminar.
