10 Shoulder Press, 115 / 75 lbs
15 Overhead Squats, 115 / 75 lbs
20 Push Press, 115 / 75 lbs
25 Front Squats, 115 / 75 lbs
30 Push Jerks, 115 / 75 lbs
35 Back Squats, 115 / 75 lbs

Part 2.  (15 minutes minimum)

“Death By” – Pull-ups : 1 rep + 1 rep / 1 min

Death By Pull-up
With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Pull-up in the first 1 min,
2 Pull-ups in the second 1 min
3 Pull-ups in the third 1 min …

Continuing this for as long as you are able.

If  you fail out. Starting on the next full minute
every minute on the minute till 15 minutes. Only people pulling up go past 15 minutes.
5 Burpees
10 Situps
