Wendler  Deadlift : Week 1

Deadlift 5 reps @65% of 90%1RM
Deadlift 5 reps @ 75% of 90%1RM
Deadlift 5+ reps @ 85% of 90%1RM

Use 90% of your 1RM.  then use the percents.

Rest as needed between sets.

Conditioning (12 minute limit)

10 Overhead Squats, 135/95 lbs
50 Double Unders
