Rest as needed between sets.

Shoulder Press 1×3 at 70% 1RM
Shoulder Press 1×3 at 80% 1RM
Shoulder Press 1×3 at 90% 1RM
Rest as needed between sets.

Part 2. (7 minutes)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:

3 Curtis Ps, 135/95 lbs
20 Double Unders
