Overhead Squat
Sumo Deadlift High Pull

WOD 2

3 rounds for time

10 Pull-up – Chest To Bars
10 Front Squats 165/105 lbs
10 Burpees

Post total time.

Each WOD will have a 15 minute time limit.

WOD 2 will start 15 minutes after WOD 1.  After you finish WOD 1 use the remaining time from the 15 minutes to get setup for WOD 2.
