We have a Fight Gone Bad group workout at 5:30 on Friday.  There will be a showing of the CrossFit movie Every Second Counts afterward around 7:00pm .

What’s a fight gone bad?  It’s a specific group workout that CrossFit created.  There are 5 exercise stations, you go as hard as you can for 1:00 minute and then rotate to the next station.  After you complete the 5 stations you take a minute break and go again two more times in the 5 stations.

Never done it before? we can make it so you can walk in a complete the workout.  it can be scaled to your abilities.
