3 Handstand Push-ups
6 Kettlebell Snatches, 53/35 lbs

(A) 15′, 53/35lb
(I) ¬†10′ or Rope (Floor to Standing),Asst HSPU. 35/26lb
(B)  Rope (Floor to standing), Hand Release Push-ups, 35/26 lbs

Rest 3 minutes

As many reps in 7 mins as you can of:
Odd: Atlas Stone Ground To Shoulder, 115/95 lbs, 1 min
Even: Box Jump, 30/24 in, 1 min

(A) 115/95, 30″/24″
(I) 95/75. 24″/20″
(B) 75/45. 20″/16″

Rest 3 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
40 Double Unders
20 Push-ups
10 Pistols (Alternating Legs)s

(A) as rx.
(I) 20 DU’s, Asst. Pistols
(B) 80 Singles, 20 Air Squats
