Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatches,

(A) 75/55 lbs
(I) 75/55 lb, 15 DU’s
(B) 55/35 lb single unders x 2

Part 2. (15 minutes)

Deadlift 5 reps @ 75 % of your 1 rep max
Deadlift 3 reps @ 80 % of your 1 rep max
Deadlift 5+ reps @ 85 % of your 1 rep max


Friday 6am, 10am. 6:30pm
Saturday 8am
Sunday 8am
