The gym is closed today and Saturday to get ready for Sunday’s Festivities.  So take today as an active rest day.  Meaning do something other than Crossfit.  Rest days are important for your body even active rest days.  So go ride bikes, take a walk, do yoga, stretch, hang  out with your family.  Just be active.  Next week will come real fast.
