Part 2 (23 minutes)

For 5 cycles:

AMRAP in 3 mins of:
1 Clean & Jerk
3 Burpees
9 Double Unders

Rest 2 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP

(A) 185/125, Unbroken DU’s
(I) 135/95
(B) 95/65, Single Unders x 2

Reminder the 6:30pm class is all-levels now.  Beginners can come to 6:30pm.
