Burpees, ABMAT Sit-ups, Kettlebell Swings

CrossFit SWARM group workout.

4 Member Team, switch on burpee completion.

Thanks everyone that participated in the group workout.  It was great.  Here are the rules.

There were four stations

  1. 10 Burpees
  2. Rest
  3. Abmat Situps
  4. Kettlebell Swings 35lb/26lb

4 Members per team.  You rotate stations when the person doing the burpees finishes.  Stations 3 and 4 had continuous counts. The Kettlebell had to stay in the air the whole time no putting it down.
