Scramble!
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
10 Body Complexes
10 Rope Climb (from ground to standing)s
10 Clean & Press (Atlas Stone)s 73 lbs
10 Manmakers 30 lbs

You must complete 10 reps of every exercise before going on to next round. But there will be limited equipment so you may need to complete an exercise and have no equipment. have a game plan. Equipment in play will be based on class size.
