Part 1. (15 minutes)

Power Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Part 2. (14 minutes)

For 5 cycles: AMRAP in 2 mins of:

2 Atlas Stone Ground To Shoulders, 115/95 lbs
4 Toes Through Rings
6 Push-up (hand release)s

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
