Part 1.  (15 minutes)

Wendler Week 2 Рuse the same 1rm weight as week 1 to figure out your percentages!

Back Squat 1×3 at 70% 1RM
Back Squat 1×3 at 80% 1RM
Back Squat 1×3 at 90% 1RM
Rest as needed between sets.

Part 2. (7 minute time limit)
3 rounds for time of:
10 Knees-to-elbows
10 Thrusters 95/65

Post total time.

Part 3.

Row 500 m
This is an all out effort for time. (Time Trial)
