Friday’s at 6am, 10am and 6:30pm.
Saturday at 8am

The Pre Games Comp was amazing,  A huge shout out to Coach Mark, not only did he do a fantastic job with running the comp he did all the planning for it in two weeks. We love that everyone that came did their best and left it all on the gym floor.
