Quick announcement:  My new years resolution is to get everyone stronger and fitter.  I am programming a lot of squats and pull ups (along with other fun movements) for 2015 because I believe this is what most people in the general population need.  I am also positive that most of your goals are similar to mine.  So with it being a new year I decided to start things off with finding some new PRs  doing the “Crossfit Total”.
