Increase weight each round whenever possible.

Conditioning (20 minutes)

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
200 m Run
5 Burpee Pull-ups
10 Kettlebell Swings 53/35

Post total rounds.

Other News

Starting this Saturday morning we are moving the pull-up rig. Anyone that wants to lend us a hand can come on in.  More the merrier. We should be starting around 8am ish.

The 10am Saturday class will be still be on, just be careful around the construction.
