Front Squat 5 reps @ 70 of your 1 rep max
Front Squat 10+ reps @ 75 of your 1 rep max

Part 2 (20 minutes)

Three rounds of:
3 Minutes Burpee
2 Minutes Toes-to-bar
1 Minute Alternating Leg Pistols

Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds.
Post total reps.
