Part 1 (30 minutes)


Every 1 min for 30 mins do:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

(A) as rx.  if you can string 5 kipping pullups
(I)  3/6/9 for reps. scale movements as needed
(B) 2/4/6 for reps  scale movements as needed.

if you fail to complete the workload in the minute time frame, take next minute off then decrease workload by next level.  (A) would go to 3/6/9 (I) to 2/4/6 etc….
