100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Situps
100 Squats

(10 minute rule.)

you have 10 minutes to complete the pull-ups.  At 10 minutes you continue the rest of the workout using your pull-up number.

Let’s say you have a green band and get 61 pull-ups at 10:00, you would use 61 as the new number for pushups,situps and squats.

Thursday we will be doing a CrossFit Total.  It was planned for today but i wanted to make sure people would be able to do it so it’s been moved due the snow.
