Other News

Starting next week 6/17 we are going to be trying out a new class format for 6 am. Tuesdays and Thursdays there will be 2 morning classes instead of one, 5:30 – 6:15 and 6:15 – 7:00 am. The classes are going to be shorter at 45 minutes. Since they are intermediate/advanced classes, you will be doing warm-up on your own before the start of class. first wod will begin right at class time.
