Part 3 (5 minutes)

Burpee Pull-up
Atlas stone ground to shoulder

Alternate after every rep

(A) 115/95, finger at bottom of pull-up bar or higher
(I) 95/75, full grip of bar.
(B) 75/45, height as needed to get chin over bar.

Stones will be shared at every class to make it more fun.
